Insurance Plans
Dr. Torkelson is a preferred provider with the following health plans (click on the plans to link to their websites):

Please speak to our staff for information about insurance plans on the individual marketplace.
Unfortunately, we are not currently accepting Oregon Health Plan/Care Oregon/Medicaid.
We have been opted out of Medicare since 2004 and we can not bill for office services (nor can our patients seek reimbursement directly from Medicare). We can see Medicare Part B patients on a cash basis with a signed Opt-out contract (see our Forms and Links page). We cannot bill insurance that is secondary to Medicare.
We also do not accept TriCare and Champus.
